There is a 24-hour delay in removing holds from student accounts after paying citations online.  If your payment is made online during business hours and you need the hold removed quickly, please contact Parking Services at 540-831-6361. If your payment is made on a weekend, the hold will be removed on the next business day.

Students with unpaid citations will not be allowed to purchase permits online until those citations are paid.
